is vana laser club truly offering unlimited services to its members?
Yes! As long as it is consistent with the established safety guidelines, you can have one treatment a day!
Of course, we must follow the standard of care for most of our treatments, but our staff will advise you on how to combine services and the frequency of each.
VANA Laser Club is not too good to be true!
is there ample parking?
There are plenty of “pay to park” options including a municipal parking garage on Bay Road, just steps from VANA, as well as street parking.
is my membership on autopay?
Yes, your membership will be on auto pay. If you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time, without penalty. If you choose to cancel, your membership will continue through the end of the month and then stop the following month.
can i book more than one treatment at a time?
You are only able to book one treatment at a time, however as soon as you finish your treatment for that day, you can book your next one!
can i do more than one service in a day?
Being a member of VANA Laser Club entitles you to have one service per day. The salt booth, however, is the only service that can be utilized, based on availability, the same day as another service.
how often can i do each service?
Each service has its own unique set of guidelines. Keep in mind that in order to receive a different service, in the same area, a 4 week rest period is required to allow for proper healing.
do you accept walk-ins or are you required to make an appointment?
Although appointments are not required, they are strongly encouraged. We will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, however, scheduled appointments will always be honored first.
how do i prepare for my appointment?
If you are having laser hair removal (applicable for other services too,) please shave the designated area, do not wear make-up, creams or other products and avoid the sun for two weeks before and after treatment.
can i wear makeup before my service?
We need your skin to be bare in the area being treated. No makeup, moisturizer or self-tanners. Unfortunately, if you are not properly prepared, we must reschedule your appointment. You are more than welcome to touch up after your service at our awesome beauty bar. Always remember to wear sunscreen after your treatments.
what is the down time for procedures?
Although each treatment is different, our beauty experts will go over all of your specifics in detail. We pride ourselves on noninvasive procedures with little to no visible downtime.
how can i book an appointment for your salt booth?
We don’t schedule appointments for the salt booth, as it is first come, first served. We invite you to use the salt booth while you wait for your appointment, or feel free to pass by anytime and give yourself a salty treat. As long it’s available, it’s yours to use once each day! This is the only service that can be bundled on the same day as another treatment.
do i go into the salt booth naked?
We know you’re excited to show off your VANA Laser Club bod, but please keep your clothes on.
how soon should i shave before receiving my laser hair removal treatment?
This depends on how quickly your hair grows. Normally, the day before or the morning of the service is acceptable. We only need to see a “5 o’clock shadow” to evaluate your hair-type in the specific area.
is this club for men too?
YES! We are proud that VANA Laser Club is available to both men and women! We want everyone to feel at home and like family.
is it safe for me to receive laser treatments if i am pregnant?

what if i have a pacemaker or defibrillator?
Your health and safety is our number one priority. Please visit your cardiologist and bring us a copy of the medical/cardiac clearance, assuring your safety to receive laser treatment.
i have had chemotherapy; how long must i wait before receiving services?
Because the laser is designed to treat at a cellular level, we do not believe it is safe to have laser treatments if you are in remission for less than five years. If you have been cancer-free for five months, please get approval from your doctor before coming in.
how do i cancel my membership?
Although we can’t imagine you would ever want to cancel, if you no longer wish to be a member, you may cancel at any time without penalty. Your membership simply expires at the end of the month. For your safety, you must cancel in person with a copy of your driver’s license or by certified mail. We do not accept membership cancellations over the phone or by email.
