Cancellation Policy

In order to provide you with flexible options and prevent you from being billed beyond the desired duration of your membership, cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least five days prior to your next billing cycle.

  • You can expect to receive a cancellation policy form which will be sent to you after submitting your cancellation request
  • Upon completing your cancellation policy form, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours, at which time your cancellation will be finalized.
